Between the Lines, romance edition
Last updated 31 August 2026
This page explains what happens to the details you give us when you reserve a seat at Between the Lines, the reading party run by Creadora World with Bookends on 19 and 20 September 2026. It covers this event page and nothing else.
Creadora World, licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, decides what happens to the information collected through this page.
In the wording of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, we are the data controller. Anything on this page, write to welcome@creadora.world.
Only what the form asks for:
We do not ask for your date of birth, your Emirates ID, your home address, or anything about your health. There is no account and no password.
Payment happens on a Stripe checkout page, not here and not on our website. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. That step is covered by Stripe's terms and by Bookends' own.
Nobody else. We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to advertisers, this page runs no analytics, and it sets no cookies of its own.
We photograph the arrival from 08:30 and the game from 10:00. The reading hour, 09:00 to 10:00, is never photographed. Every guest receives the album by email within 48 hours. Creadora World and Bookends may reuse those photographs and that video on social media, on our websites, and in materials we show to clients and partners. If you would rather stay out of the pictures, tell the host at the door. You do not have to give a reason and it changes nothing about your seat.
The registration list is deleted on 31 December 2026, once the write-up of this pilot is finished. If you ticked the marketing box, your name and email stay on that list until you ask us to take them off. Photographs are kept as part of our portfolio, and we will remove any picture of you on request.
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you and why, give you a copy in a machine-readable format, correct anything wrong, delete it, stop or limit what we do with it, and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to welcome@creadora.world and we will answer within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
The list lives in a Google account protected by two-step verification, and access is limited to one named person at Creadora World and one at Bookends. If something goes wrong with your data and it puts you at risk, we will tell you and we will tell the UAE Data Office.
The date at the top changes with it. The version in force when you booked is the one that applies to your booking.
